Rachel Gentile is a Program Outreach Specialist 2 at the New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS), working to provide trainings for victim assistance providers across New York State. During her tenure with the Agency, she has worked to successfully launch hundreds of online and in-person training events, as well as the development and launch of VAP Connect, an online forum for OVS-funded Victim Assistance Programs which aims to foster community and information exchange across the State.
Prior to her time with OVS, she worked as an Account Supervisor for Biolumina in London, UK, and Harrison and Star in New York, NY, developing and leading global advertising campaigns for various pharmaceutical brands.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications from Fordham University in the Bronx.
An avid traveler and lover of all things Olympics, theatre, and cheese, she is pleased to join OVS in its mission of providing help, healing and hope to innocent victims of crime in New York State.
